What we collect
When you send a message or book a call we collect the name, email address, organization and message you give us, and the page you sent it from. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare for a call you booked, and to keep our website secure. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Free tools
The BRIEF Builder, AI Readiness Score, policy template and interview question bank run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.
Cookies and analytics
We set one preference in your browser to remember light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, this page will say so.
Sharing
We share your information only with the providers that run our email and website hosting, under their own privacy terms, and when the law requires it.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation and for two years afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing sa@saprojectmanagement.com. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws, including California and Canada, have the rights those laws provide.
